REVU.ai encrypts data in transit and at rest, isolates each tenant, and supports private residency requirements for regulated customers.

• Security controls

  Encryption with modern ciphers, role based access, MFA enforcement, and continuous logging across subsystems.

• Retention windows

  Operational logs are kept for 12 months. Customer review data follows the retention schedule and refresh cadence in your plan (e.g., Starter 90 days, Growth 1 year, Professional 2 years, Enterprise unlimited).

• Third parties

  Vetted subprocessors help us operate the platform. Each provider follows contractual confidentiality and security standards.

You stay in control. Administrators can export, correct, or delete data, and individuals can contact us for access requests.

• Workspace controls

  Admins manage user roles, rotate credentials, configure SSO, and export workspace data at any time.

• Portability and exports

  Exports are available per plan (CSV on all plans; Excel on Growth+; API/Webhooks on Professional+). We support structured exports to help you meet portability obligations.

• Individual rights

  You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@revu.ai. We respond within 30 days.

• Marketing preferences

  Opt out of product announcements directly from each email or by contacting our privacy team.

We honor the laws where you operate. GDPR, UAE PDPL, and other local requirements receive the same engineering rigor.

  REVU.ai acts as a processor for customer data and a controller for account level information needed to run our business.

• Cross border transfers

  Standard contractual clauses and approved transfer mechanisms protect data that moves outside your region.
